Across many worlds, a vast unknown;
A boy kept wandering.
When the full moon arose, he packed everything he owned;
Booked a train ticket at a peculiar looking station;
Yet, he journeyed on, aboard the train.
He gazed out of the window,
Scenery after scenery moves at the speed of light;
As if it were a painting.
Overjoyed by what he saw, he soon dozed off.
The sound of his watch awoke him, a sound that denotes peril.
Darkness swallowed the train as it went through the tunnel he did not know of.
The melancholy was settling in, and the boy's pulse was rapidly racing.
Desperate to shine a light on him and prevent himself, his entire being, from vanishing.
He thought it'd be alright;
The only way to save himself was to stay in the light,
Second by second, minute by minute, the tunnel became endless.
He was losing hope, yet a beam of light caught his eye.
A girl handed him a torch, he looked at her;
Tears streamed down his cheeks as he shone a hopeful light over his head.
He returned his gaze to thank the young lady.
Yet, he could not find her.
Tracks kept going and going;
Blinded by the light from the outside, he is safe.
